Powder Coating Services

Our in-house powder coating line delivers a factory-grade finish on every piece of iron we fabricate — and on metal work brought to us from contractors, designers and homeowners across Southern California. Multi-stage prep, electrostatic application and oven curing produce a finish that resists rust, chipping, fading and SoCal UV for decades.

Multi-Stage Surface Prep

Every part is degreased, sandblasted to bare metal, phosphate-treated and rinsed to guarantee perfect adhesion. Skipping this step is why most powder coats fail — we never skip it.

Electrostatic Application

Charged powder bonds evenly to grounded metal for full coverage on edges, scrolls and tight ornamental details where liquid paint would run, sag or miss.

Oven-Cured Finish

Parts cure in our high-temperature oven to chemically bond the coating to the steel. The result: a finish far harder and more impact-resistant than spray paint.

Color & Texture Options

Matte black, satin black, bronze, oil-rubbed bronze, hammered, textured, gloss white, custom RAL colors and metallics. Match an existing fence, gate or railing exactly.

Re-Coating Existing Iron

Bring us your rusted gate, railing, patio furniture or fence panels. We strip, prep and re-coat them to look brand new — for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
